Phone models change fast. Instead of holding old stock, we order each part fresh from trusted suppliers when you check out. You get current, correctly matched parts at a fair price.
Shipping costs
Standard tracked shipping is a flat $12 anywhere in Canada, and free on orders over $150. The exact cost is shown at checkout before you pay.
Where we ship
We ship to every province and territory in Canada, including PO boxes. Remote and northern addresses can take 2–3 extra business days. We don't currently ship outside Canada.
Tracking your order
You'll receive a confirmation email when you order, and a tracking link as soon as your part ships. Questions? Reply to either email or contact us.
Delays
Occasionally a supplier runs out or a carrier is delayed. If your order will take longer than estimated, we'll email you right away with a new date and your options, including a full refund if you'd rather not wait.
