Returns, refunds and warranty.

Unused parts in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Contact us first so we can give you return instructions.

If a part arrives damaged, faulty or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 14 days with your order number and a photo. We'll arrange a replacement or refund.

• Parts that have been installed or had protective films removed
• Parts damaged during installation
• Items marked as final sale

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the return.

Parts are covered for 90 days from delivery against manufacturing defects. Damage during installation, accidents and liquid damage are not covered.

1. Message us through the contact page with your order number.
2. Tell us what's wrong and include a photo if you can.
3. We'll reply with next steps, usually within one business day.
